How the purchasing process works

Request submission

We receive a list of components or a BOM. We identify critical items, long lead times and unavailable parts.

Sourcing and price comparison

We will contact at least three suppliers for each item. We will compare prices, delivery times and terms — and select the most favourable offer.

Ordering and Tracking

We process orders, track confirmations and delivery dates. We arrange alternatives in the event of a delivery failure.

Receipt and storage

Physical inspection upon receipt. We store components in automated high-bay warehouses for fast and efficient dispatch.

Reporting and Dispatch

Regular reports on stock levels and costs. Issue to production or direct delivery to the customer.
