Quality & Quality Control

Quality is the norm at EMWARE

The OTK department carries out incoming, in-process and outgoing inspections for every order. Functional testing, commissioning PCBs and repairs under a microscope are carried out directly on the production floor.

Functional testing
Verification of the correct operation of the PCB in accordance with the customer’s requirements.
PCB bring-up
Configuration and commissioning of the PCB in accordance with the customer’s documentation.
Repairs under the microscope
Soldering, pasting and manual lacquering of PCBs.
Final inspection
A final check of every order before dispatch.
